The location wasn’t too bad once you found your bearings, it was a little out of the way ! The room needed a little refurbishment, and the breakfast was something for most people .

Location, clealiness, staff very service-oriented. Loved the beautifull fresh sunflowers in the lobby, and the general decoration. Large and comfi desk.

Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and we were met Ahmed and his team for our bags to be stored ready for when we arrived back at the hotel after exploring London. The check in experience was very good and when we came back we got our room key and then asked for our luggage to be delivered to our room, within minutes our luggage arrived. Our room was clean and tidy and all the facilities were functioning. Same deal on check out in the morning our luggage was looked after whilst we went exploring. When we arrived back to get our luggage before returning home, our luggage was with us straight away and we were also offered a bottle of water which was appreciated. Great team, hope the team all the best in the future. We would not hesitate to return
