Staff availability, The room, WC, and all the hostels were clean at time ! I was worried about losing something but it didn't happen.

I have been to many hostels in London and The Birds Nest is amazing for me! The hostel is right in the heart of Deptford/Lewisham with everything around, bus stops, DLR, overground, restaurants, markets, supermarkets and many facilities. The rooms are charming and big enough, there are lamps and individual sockets on the beds, plus the curtains, which give you privacy and the closets are in the space of each bed - a great place to put your luggage safely. The wifi works well, the doors are opened with codes - very nice and safe. The kitchen is really pleasant, well equipped and it has a tv, a table and a windown with a view to the street! It's a small hostel, but extremely cozy and functional. There is a great pub - good food/drinks and nice prices, with a vibrant atmosphere! It's amazing to return to the hostel in the end of the day and having a beer with friends. I've made very good friends there and an interesting thing is that the manager makes sure that only nice people stay in the hostel. As a traveller, the hostel is perfect in something I consider essential: the wonderful manager and staff. They are very friendly, helpful, Kind! At home and glad, my feelings there! Certainly the best value for money in London! I would be only 2 nights, but I stayed longer and then I came back again. It was great and funny to hear from the manager/staff 'heyyyy, you again' with a big smile when I returned. It's lovely when you're very well hosted, isn't it? Thanks so much, guys! I'm coming back soon to see your smile again and getting your good vibes!
