Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked having breakfast in the room, ordered the night before. Arrived before the time we'd asked for it. Lovely complimentary cream tea. We didn't get this in the afternoon of our arrival, but staff made sure we got it in the evening after our show. Bringing it up to the room. Good position close to Kensington tube station.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. The location was perfect, so close to bus stops, pubs, and walking distance to many iconic sights. Also it is in a beautifully quiet street.
