I arrive at 9pm. The member of staff on the desk was extremely helpful in giving advice about my travel arrangements for the next day and helping me download the uber app. Proximity to Paddington station was perfect. The room had everything I needed, was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had to leave at 5.15 am for my onward journey, before breakfast was served for my onward journey. I was offered yoghurts/croissant.

The location is perfect, you can walk anywhere you want if you don’t mind a good walk. Public transportation is also very good, plenty of buses and Paddington station is less than 10 minutes away! We were able to leave our bags after check out and enjoy the rest of our day out, when we got back the staff kindly gave me my keys they have left in the room!

Breakfast was very well organised, someone was making the toast, this saved queuing, I was very impressed with that, it was a buffet breakfast and we had plenty enough to eat. Location also was quite good, we caught a bus from central London, but there is Paddington station very close if underground is preferred
