The hotel staff are exceptional! Friendly and extra helpful. A small town experience in a big city. The location is good.

Location was perfect, staff very welcoming and helpful, the only issue was the shower in the bath. Needed a rubber mat as it was quite slippery. Other than that an excellent 10 night stay.

The location is hard to beat bang in centre of everything and on the central line. Surprisingly quiet though. Staff (Aron?) very nice and helpfull. We had room nr 11, nice an big for me and my mum. It was a hot weekend, no airco,but we had a fan.
