The fine print
Elevator: Stylotel is arranged over 2 buildings. The main building is where all the Stylorooms live. The Stylosuites chose to live on their own in the second building across the road above our brand new Aviation themed bar, The Sussex Arms. Both buildings have elevators but for some rooms you may still have some steps after exiting the elevator (blame the Victorians, not us). In the main building just over half the rooms have step-free access. The maximum you may need to climb stairs is one floor. Guests staying in the Stylosuites can use the lift to/from the ground floor when the bar is open (normally 10:00-23:30 but subject to change due to Covid19). When the bar is closed guests must use the stairs to go up one floor (bypassing the bar) and use the lift from then on.Deposits: If you do not choose to pay the total cost of your booking online, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night will be charged on the day of booking. If a booking is cancelled in line with the cancellation policy the deposit will be refunded within 10 working days. Please note that all charges and refunds are made in British Pounds and if you use a card that is in a different currency the amount you pay may be slightly different from the amount you get back depending on the currency exchange rates at the time the transactions are processed.Groups: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Groups of school children under 17 years old are not accepted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Super friendly welcoming and attentive staff. Felt very comfortable and safe there. The breakfast was delicious and great value being included in cost. Clean, great amenities and although I personally didn’t use it the free complimentary drink at nearby bar was great addition

The location is PERFECT! The gentleman on the front desk was absolutely lovely and super super helpful. We were able to park right outside the hotel (although these spaces are limited and you have to pay extra) and he was brilliant about seeing us in correctly and tucking us right up into the space. It is great that you can help yourself to tea, coffee and ice downstairs next to reception and there is also a fridge offering soft drinks at a reasonable price.

Booked Stylotel, literally on the train on my way to London. After my Airbnb annoyingly cancelled two hours before arrival. Very clean, basic but everything you need for a few days in London. It was close to amenities and Paddington station. The beds were very comfortable, the staff were lovely, which is a rarity these days, so pleasant. . Rooms were small, but had everything you could need and we only stayed 2 nights and housekeeping had been in and cleaned the room. You literally could not complain. We even had a breakfast included in our price. We didn't get to try it, so can't say what it was like. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to people.
