the apartment is very nice and is located in a very quiet and silent area just a few steps from the train station

Great location, with station, supermarkets, convenience stores, bars within 5 min walk and also on a quiet street with a park in 10/15min! Room is on ground floor of a house with a small corridor separating from the landing floor, so very quiet and with patio access at the back. Bathroom is recently renovated and the shower is good. Small but functional. Kitchenette does exactly the job and it was recently installed. Bed is comfortable, on the soft side but pleasant. Room temperature was good and adjustable. Window can be cracked open with lock. Table and chairs were comfortable to eat and work on.

Quite roomy for a studio, with a homely feel. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Very convenient location with a short walk to Streatham Station, shops and Streatham Common. Attentive and available host. Outdoor table and chairs.
