Location is simply brilliant. I never thought anywhere IN London - let alone as close to the hustle and bustle of kings Cross - could be so idyllicly quiet!

This was a good place to stay in Central London - good value, compared with hotels and, indeed, almost anywhere else. Getting access was a bit cumbersome but once in, it was fine. There were two other rooms rented out and fortunately the other guests were quiet and considerate. My room (the double with shared bathroom) was OK: the bed was comfortable and I slept pretty well. The bathroom is small. Lloyd Baker Street is an attractive residential street and only a few steps off a couple of bus routes. The property owner communicated well and helpfully. In the flat it all felt fairly basic - but look at the price! In Central London! I think I'd stay here again. Very convenient for Sadler's Wells.
