We loved the location - we could walk almost everywhere! Room was very comfortable after a busy day. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel was stunning. This is definitely our London hotel for future visits.

It was exceptional! First time staying in a TAJ hotel, will definitely come again. The hotel is beautiful, location perfect, staff - all exceptional! Incredible breakfast. All the staff was VERY HELPFUL! Rooms - amazing. Very generous with water, coffee and the Molton and Brown shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was just the cherry on the cake as well! Best hotel I have stayed in London.

Everything was exceptional from the moment we entered the hotel until our last goodbyes. I stayed here with my mother to celebrate her birthday, and the hotel made sure she felt truly special for the occasion — beautiful flowers, a birthday card, and a cake were waiting for us in our room upon arrival. It was such a thoughtful touch. The staff were always polite and attentive, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The location is also excellent — perfect for visiting London’s main attractions and conveniently close to an underground station, making it easy to get around the city.
