Excellent location. If you like walking, you can visit the most famous tourists attractions without taking the underground. Several comfortable chairs and sofas in front of the reception. The room small, but larger than expected. A functional built-in wardrobe with an iron, an ironing desk and a safe. Many useful free add-ons: A razor and a shaving gel, a tooth brush and a tooth paste, slippers. A pleasant bathroom with Molton Brown shower gels. A perfect breakfast. You can have it sweet, you can have it sour, you can have it a la carte, you can have a buffet; you can have it all together, if you want to. On top of very tasty traditional English items, they offer several outstandig (warm and cold) Indian bits. Superb green smothie and natural ice-tea. Perhaps my favourite: A remarkable pool (with several water massage stations you can switch on and off as you like) and a steam sauna (really hot and with a good tight door). Both, together with a dry sauna, free.

Location of the hotel is excellent - very central yet feels secluded from the crowds. Room was very pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was impressive - so many options.

The staff were wonderful - attentive, quick, kind and polite. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite. The room had a full size kitchen, the bathroom was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. There was plenty of free bottled water. There was little outside noise, so it was restful. We used the spa which was amazing. There was no extra charge for the spa. We stayed for my friend's birthday on our return from lunch the staff had thoughtfully left us chocolate dipped strawberries and a chilled bottle of Prosecco.
