Initially given a room on the 4th floor, steep narrow stairs, My wife struggles with stairs and although they couldn't move us on the first night we were moved to a first floor room the following morning with no quibbles.

The location is perfect, a 6- min walk to Victoria Station. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes within the hotel's proximity. There's Tesco, Sainsbury, Waitrose, pharmacies, etc. A mini retail store sits across the road for urgent essentials. The room is clean and size is just right. There are electrical sockets in every corner which I love the most. There are a lot of similar hotels along the stretch but seeing the reviews but , I see a lot of red ratings. But this one has high ratings and I always go for cleanliness and comfort. We were also given a ground floor room as we stayed for 10 days, which is a very good consideration.
