I got a very good price and did not expect much. Thank you for upgrading my room to a much larger one, and for carrying my heavy suitcase up the stairs. The bed was very comfortable, and the condition and cleanliness of the room were adequate for the price.

The location is amazing, close to Paddington Station and walking distance to Hyde Park, Marylebone and Bakers Street. Our room overlooked the garden in Norfolk Square which was lovely. The staff were very helpful.
