Positive: The location is very close to Maryland station and a big supermarket. It has two bathrooms and a very nice, fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for 4 people. The host offered tips what to do in London. Critics: We had towels missing, the bathroom windows had mold due to high moisture and humidity in the bathroom. The extra bed on the couch was ok, but not comfortable with a very thin mattress. The communication was difficult and only possible via booking.com at first. We waited 2h in front of the entrance on arrival while we were promised several times on the phone from different persons, that “someone will come soon”. When entered the building, the extra bed was not prepared and there was still dirty sheets on the ground from cleaning before. The street and area in front of the house were very dirty and full with trash on the ground. So not very inviting atmosphere.

Excellent location. Parking permit only outside. My partner got a parking ticket before he could move his car. Temporary parking permits could be included in the price and provided to stop this happening if requested.Anyway, apart from that, everything was great. Close to a very wide selection of restaurants,pubs,takeaways, the list goes on, Westfield shopping centre, Stratford train station, and Maryland station (which is right outside the accommodation ) Very polite neighbours. All in all we had a great stay
