The property will send you an email with check-in information, access codes and emergency contact details, once payment has been made. If you have any questions after reading this email, please contact the property. Please be advised this property operates a self check in process. After the property receives your payment, you will be sent a key code by email 3 days before arrival. You will need to bring this key code with you to the property to let yourself in. If you do not have your key code, you will not be able to access the property. If you have booked to arrive within the next 14 days, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport within 48 hours of arrival. Please be advised that bed linen is provided per bed and not per person. Any additional linen will need to be requested in advance, is subject to availability and additional cost. Whilst we provide a very good and reliable internet service, we do not provide compensation should the WiFi signal drop out from time to time or if a third party should sever the line.We have good IT support and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair/replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment.This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council. We do not supply 3 pin adaptors. Please bring your own to the property. We are unable to inspect empty boxes and bags left in the property for mislaid items and cannot be held responsible for any losses.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Super easy as hosts gave us the access code to building and apartment the day before! Easy check in procedure, just struggled as no lifts and had to climb 3 flights of stairs.

Set up for this apartment ideal. Great idea with the key codes saves picking up keys from a different location and you don’t have the worry about forgetting or losing the keys!

I enjoyed staying in this place with my family. We have booked two appointments close to each other. So we could have still our private at the same time being so close. The location was great, the communication of staff was perfect, always helpful and providing all required help/information. Especially would like to say big thanks for staff for helping me to get my important belonging (by accident it was left in the apartment). I really appreciate it!
