The fine print
The property operates a self-check-in system, and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent at 2 pm. If you have booked within 3 days of arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system. If you do not receive this information, please contact the property immediately. Please note that the building does not have air-conditioning, but central heating and separate fans are provided. The building does not have a lift Identification (Passport or ID) may be requested of guests by the property for local bookings. Driver’s license not accepted. Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try its best to do so wherever possible. The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 persons and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds, cots, or twin beds. Please note the weekly service cleans are carried out for stays that are 8 days or more. The cleaning will not be carried out if the guest is in the room. Guests need to vacate the room whilst the room is being serviced. Disclaimer of internet service: The Wi-Fi provided is purely a complimentary service, which is serviced through a 3rd party supplier. It is intended purely for personal use and cannot be relied on for professional use. So close to everything, we walked everywhere. Clean and comfortable. If there was air con for summer would stay again.

It was nice staying at this apartment! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which included an electric kettle (with tea bags provided) and all utensils, which were clean, well-maintained, and practically new. Other useful items included a good washing machine (with laundry pods included), an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment overall was well-decorated and clean. Wi-Fi worked great throughout our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The apartment is located in central London, so you might hear some street noise, but we slept very well!

Great location, very spacious apartment with all the amenities. The street alongside the apartment was loud but so long as you have ear plugs when you go to sleep it’s fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Large clean, immaculate basement studio apartment. Right in the heart of Soho, close to all the shops restaurants, bars and theatre. Excellent communication from the host. If the smell from the bathroom.was sorted. I would definitely stay there again
