I found the room in good state. Same for the bed and pillows. I found a small bottle of water and a water boiler (which I did not use). The toilet worked. I found several small bottles of shampoo and body wash. Warm water worked. The price was fair. I met an employee and he was kind and professional.

I've stayed here a few times now it's always a nice relaxing stay in clean well equipped room with ensuite nice quiet peaceful Hotel with highly recommend and stay again also the prices always excellent for Central London

Very good location as a starting point for travelling across London. Clean room and bathroom and personnel was helpful when we asked them for anything.
