Warm, friendly welcome from all staff. Room was breath taking with wonderful unexpected gifts for my mum's 81st birthday. A true surprise! Slept unbelievably well. Lovely ambience at infinity pool. Service at breakfast was exceptional. Can't fault anything. A real treat to stay here. Highly recommend.

Everything we experienced at the Shard was exceptional, I have no complaints whatsoever, from staff, to the facilities, to the finest details everything I needed was taken care of with class. Cannot wait to return.
