The fine print
Debit and credit cards will be pre-authorised at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount of GBP 100 per room per night to cover incidentals. The authorisation will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Pre-authorised amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. Children can be accommodated in rooms subject to bedding. Pets are allowed but only in certain room categories and with the below conditions: - Animal must weigh 20lbs / 9.1kg or less. - GBP 100 non-refundable deposit will be collected upon arrival. - Contract/Waiver must be signed upon arrival. - Pets are not allowed in the bars or restaurants. - Pets may not be unattended in guest rooms. Please note, the card holder and the same card used to make the booking must be present at check-in. If the card is not presented, the property will require another payment method. Smoking, including the smoking of e-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited everywhere on our premises, except for the patios of Superior Patio Rooms. Please note that, in case a guest if found smoking in our premises, a fine of £350 will be applied to the bill. You may smoke on the terrace of the 12th Knot bar from the opening time of the venue until 10.00 p.m. Smoking is also permitted on the river walk alongside the hotel, and cigarette posts are available for guests’ use. From July 2023 a discretionary 5% accommodation service charge will be added to your bill on check-out. This is distributed amongst our staff.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It’s a comfortable hotel with excellent staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The location on the south bank was perfect for us.

Had an amazing stay! Would definitely stay there again, the staff was amazing and so helpful with everything. We’re really bad with names but from the porter to guest services we’re always smiling and helpful. Ended up there after a really bad experience with Airbnb where we had to find a last minute stay. The rooms were clean and the bed extra comfy

Be careful!!!! Your deposit payment won't be refunded or released after your leave. I have been chasing mine for 7 weeks now.

The location was amazing, we could walk to everything we had planned to do including the Glove theatre. Room was modern, clean and with all the things you would expect. Rain shower but with separate hand held shower head which was good when not washing hair. Room service was good food too.
