The room was very clean and spacious for London standards. We had the breakfast included by our booking and were very happy with that. We liked the coffee & tea service and all the food the hotel offers. All the staff members are very friendly and polite!

Location is good and they have a proper driveway for cars to park temporarily to unload or load luggage’s. Thru have good restaurants as well.

We love this hotel. They get everything right, all the staff are exceptional. The breakfast is superb. The rooms are well thought out and quiet. We always go for views over Kensington Palace. They take such good care of you. One night feels like a week away !
