The room was exceptional and the hotel was very quiet given it is located in the heart of London. I enjoyed every aspect of my visit. I slept extremely well every night. The food at the restaurant was first rate and the staff were very attentive.

I stayed here for three nights. I really like the British retro decoration of this hotel. The room is as beautiful as it is advertised. Every staff member is very warm and genuine. When I sit in the reception area to take a rest, they will friendly ask me if I need something to drink. What I like most is the restaurant. The environment is exquisite and beautiful, the service is attentive, and the food is also very delicious. You can walk to Paddington Station from here, which is very convenient if you want to travel to cities around London or go to Heathrow Airport. You can reach the junction of Hyde Park and Kensington Park in an 8-minute walk. It's really enjoyable to take a walk in the park after getting up in the morning and watch various birds in the lake. You can walk to the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Science Museum through Kensington Park.
