Lovely and cozy place for me and my wife to relax during our few days up and about in London. We stayed in the One bedroom Suite which provided us with enough space to not feel cramped in a hotel room. The staff were really special. Each one of them from the cleaning staff to front desk and concierge, were always ready to help out. Lalita and Biola were particularly very helpful. From other reviews before I booked, I was worried about meeting a queue during breakfast but surprisingly we didn't experience any such queue. Food options could do with some variety but they were well cooked with healthy options enough to start your day in the city. Location is right next to a Tesco for your daily basic needs and about 2 minutes walk to 2 bus stops and about 10 mins walk to a Tube Underground station.

The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, it was in central London, so commuting was easy
