Excellent breakfast, comfortable room and spacious (we were upgraded). This hotel has THE best pillows I have ever tried and I have tried finding them online to purchase. The location for those who use the bus and tube is really good i.e. bus 24 and 29 go all the way from Charing Cross and onwards to Camden. Warren St or Euston tube stations are very close by with easy access to wherever you want to travel. If you are on foot, it is a little far from Soho or Oxford St (no problem if you are healthy and like to walk). Our room was very quiet (as we had asked for) and staff was great. The building is beautiful.

The hotel is very clean, with polite and attentive staff. The location is excellent, very close to the metro and train stations. I only stayed one night during a transfer, which was very convenient.
