Everything! The rooms were great, very clean and had everything you needed. Typical Radisson quality, 1st class.

It was ok. I felt uncomfortable being challenged for only having 1 breakfast booked when I had paid for two. No appology was given when I was correct. I saw a lot of other guests being subjected to the same treatment where staff phoned somebody to check that the guest had indeed paid for breakfast. Perhaps your system needs updating?

The hotel is clean, comfortable and has friendly staff. Food in the restaurant is very good (dinner and breakfast) and he location is great for access to the Excel centre conference we were attending (5-10 minute taxi ride away). The terrace is very pleasant for dining, with great views of the river and the O2. Stayed here last year and enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.
