Amazing hotel, very clean, perfect location for a gig at the O2 .. Also I was there to celebrate my birthday and walked in the room to a little birthday cake.

We got a room upgrade on arrival which was excellent, the breakfast was very good both cooked and continental.The staff at the hotel were very friendly especially the staff on reception all in all it was an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Four day stay.

I can’t remember his name but he was great when helping us check in, even gave us a free room upgrade! The little shop downstairs was a great idea too and made much use of it. The food was so much better then before too.
