Location, Location, Location ! Absolutely Perfect ! Situated between Oxford Street and Portman Square. Very Quite and Accessible. Received a double Room on the newly renovated 7th Floor. All very amenities one could expect & completely New !

Easy to get to the O2 (which was the purpose of our trip) and really quiet just off Oxford Street.

There was a problem with the key making machine when we arrived but staff escorted us up in lifts and opened our room for us so it wasn’t too big and issue. The highlight for us was Shay(?) our maitre d and the other breakfast staff who were unbelievably welcoming and helpful, she found time to chat about our stay and made us feel very welcome and at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back after this experience, thanks Shay!
