Going off previous reviews, I was a bit worried, but I think people need to get perspective! This is not the Ritz, but it doesn't claim to be! The hotel was a 5/10-minute walk from Paddington station, so it was great for exploring London. The room was average size, with a small ensuite but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The bed and pillows were comfy, and there was no noise disturbance (I am a very light sleeper). The small balcony was an added bonus while it was hot! The place could do with some TLC and wouldn't pass the "4 in a bed" dust test, but for what I paid for a short-notice one-night stay, it was great! An added bonus was the parking space, which is in short supply around central London! It cost me £20 for 2pm to 11am (I paid extra £10 to park from arrival, which was 10am).

The hotel was very well located, with metro and bus stops just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. Breakfast was varied and fresh, a great way to start each day. The hotel staff were exceptional always very attentive.

The location was very convenient—close to the train station, shops, pubs, and more. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Our room was comfortable and suited our family well. We also appreciated the simple complimentary breakfast.
