The bed was comfortable. The staff were kind and genuine. The high spec environmental functions in the room were good.

Had all you need for a base in London close to Liverpool street for transport. Rooms aren't big but you knew that before booking. Staff were helpful with holding onto luggage and putting some medication in fridge for me that needed to be kept cool.
