We booked this stay for my parent’s anniversary. They were treated wonderfully from start to finish, they were given a room upgrade and they came back to bottle of Prosecco and cake after their theatre show. According to my parents the staff were lovely and helpful, the location was great and the facilities were lovely. They came home having had a wonderful stay, feeling fresh.
