First time staying here I wasn't overly impressed with the room size or the shower. But I have to say the staff bent over backwards to help out and change my room the second time we visited. we were upgraded to a bigger room, which was spacious and a lot more comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Nice breakfast, good sausages

Great location, so handy to Paddington Station, Hyde Park and walking distance to so many areas! Staff were great and helpful. Room was clean and serviced daily. Only thing to note - we were in London for a heatwave and the room was very hot, but we enjoyed our stay regardless.
