Didn’t really get to see much of it. When we arrived we were told that there was a maintenance problem with the room and we had been moved to a sister hotel

I stayed at this hotel in London with my daughter for two nights and everything was simply perfect. The room was spacious and spotless, with a large bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The whole place is beautifully kept and super clean. The location is fantastic, just 100 meters from the underground station, which made it so easy to get around the city. The real highlight was the staff – always kind, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to January, who is truly exceptional and made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended – I will definitely come back!
