Perfect location for Hyde park . Really close to the Underground station. Breakfast was really really good. Lots of choices included. The general manager at the place and the crew were cheerful and helpful. It's really important for a hotel. Welcoming snacks and drinks were really good choise. Thanks a lot for your hospitality.

I accidentally got the date and the number of guests wrong. They gave me a free uograde and moved the room around whilst looking after our bags. Three kids under ten also. The staff were very nice. No bar, but good breakfast in a nice bit of town just next to marble arch off Oxford street.
