Perfect location. Near the tube, Hyde Park, Oxford Street. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Very nice cafés and restaurants nearby. Very good breakfast. Friendliest staff.

I was upgraded to a double room which had more space.Staff were polite,friendly and helpful.Air conditioning was essential in what was a very hot spell and cooled the room well.The area is safe and there are a good range of shops and eateries nearby and a nice cafe in the park over Bayswater road.I slept well in a very comfortable bed,TV was a good size and there was a wardrobe to hang clothes in.Bathroom was a good size being for a double room and was well supplied with shower gel and towels.
