It was a very BBC friendly hotel and the staff were very welcoming. When I arrived I was given a glass of Prosecco which was a lovely touch. I loved the room - it was quite quirky but very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable and great facilities in the room with fancy crockery for the free tea and coffee and biscuits. Great toiletries too - all in all a great stay.

Great location and fab funky hotel. Very comfy bed and pillows. Pool was a really nice addition and breakfast was good value for money.

Loved everything about this hotel and will be back for sure! The staff was so friendly and helpful with any queries we had - super helpful with my mum being in a wheelchair too. The pool and spa were fabulously maintained, and we loved the decor throughout the hotel! The rooftop bar was awesome and the restaurant food delicious. The rooms and location perfect! Thank you for a wonderful birthday stay!
