Staff were so friendly and helpful, me and my partner had a nightmare with another hotel cancelling our booking as we got into London, we choose NYX afterwards and the hotel was STUNNING! Super clean, gorgeous decor, lovely staff! Loved the added touch of the popcorn in the entrance!
