Staff were superb. Rooms are a bit dated and have no outlets for phones by the bed. Ridiculous in this day and age. Breakfast was very good and location is also excellent. Pool very small but we enjoyed jumping in at the end of a long day.

Perfectly located next to Paddington station for ease of transport around the city and beyond. Also close to the canal and Little Venice which is nice. Excellent value for money.
