The property was lovely and clean, enough beds for a family of 5 and good value for money. Check in was available as soon as we got there and we could store out bags after checking out.

I ended up with a very large room with two beds in the lower level. There is a good bathroom and shower and cooking facilities. It's in a very good location with Tesco and Sainsbury stores nearby as well many restaurants. It is very close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations.

Conveniently located in Bayswater, nr to 2 underground stations, shops restaurants bars and Hyde Park. Hotel rooms very spacious and clean and comfortable.
