Perfect location right in the city center close to many things and also close to metro. The neighbouring street has everything you might need - coffee, shops, bars, etc. You could leave your bags and luggages there before and after check-in and check-out. Staff was very friendly. Room was a bit smaller, with basics amenities, but everything worked just fine.

Great location by Kensington Park and 2 tube stations. Easy check in process across the road, friendly staff. Our room was lovely, very clean and fresh looking. One of the beds was very comfy the other not so much. We had a fridge, hob and kitchen utensils. The building was lovely with a smooth lift that played music.

Central location close to underground station and hyde park. Having a kitchenette in our room was a plus. It's an okay hotel, nothing more nothing less. It's fine if you're out and about all day.
