The fine print
Children access timings are between 07:00 to 09:00 and 15:00 to 17:00 this must be reserved in advance. The minimum age for a spa treatment or to access the gym is 16 years. Unlimited access to our Wellness facilities which includes the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa treatments, and drinks are served from 17:30 to 19:00 in the Executive Lounge (this menu will change periodically). For non-refundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit in case of any incidentals, GBP 50 per night up to GBP 250 total is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card and will be released back to you.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

absolutely amazing rooftop view from the bar, i can imagine it being perfect all year round. Staff were so thoughtful and helpful, i was greeted before i even entered the hotel and had my lounge taken to my room for me. it was a birthday surprise so staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best view from our room and even left light birthday decoration on the bed followed by 2 beautiful desserts. We absolutely fell in love with the pool and jacuzzi room, the pool was the perfect temperature and the jacuzzi really spoke for itself. everything was so clean and crisp! Breakfast was included in our stay and was all you could eat, they had an amazing selection of fresh food that was constantly being replaced. Breakfast staff were extremely kind and had outstanding service.

The hotel staff where exceptional, Very friendly and helpful couldn't do more. Made us feel.very comfortable and at home. The facilitates were perfect for what we wanted, Location and the area was so nice to stay at, eat and drink.
