The fine print
Children access timings are between 07:00 to 09:00 and 15:00 to 17:00 this must be reserved in advance. The minimum age for a spa treatment or to access the gym is 16 years. Unlimited access to our Wellness facilities which includes the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa treatments, and drinks are served from 17:30 to 19:00 in the Executive Lounge (this menu will change periodically). For non-refundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit in case of any incidentals, GBP 50 per night up to GBP 250 total is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card and will be released back to you.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great hotel. Good location for my needs. Plenty of space and AC worked well. Bed very comfortable. Nice pool, gym and spa area. Very quick and efficient service at all times. The breakfast choices were good with high quality options.

The staff at the hotel, especially Paul at the door are very polite and welcoming. The lobby is nice (although quite dark-open the blinds!!). The breakfast was good, and the selection was okay. For the price that you pay for breakfast there should be vegetarian options, as there weren't many at all. The Aviary is lovely and the spa facilities and staff were very good. Our room however, was quite small and dull and lacked colour. The view was terrible even though I had requested a nice view beforehand.

We visited second time and we really like this hotel. We had lovely chilled morning after breakfast on the terrace. Pool and hot tub was also really nice
