The fine print
For reservations of 9 rooms or more, 25% of the total cost will be charged upon booking. This amount is non-refundable. The remaining 75% will be charged 14 days before arrival. For reservations of 9 rooms or more, cancellations must be made at least 28 days before arrival. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the hotel will charge 100% of the total booking. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

This our ‘go to’ hotel for trips to London and we always recommend it to friends and family. The hotel is very well presented, superbly clean and well decorated and with modern stylish fittings, great location for the theatres and the staff are friendly and attentive but not intrusive.

The location, the room and the friendly helpful staff on reception. Thank you in particular to Tilly, Wiki, Aura and Mo. The additional touches (prosecco, brownies, room upgrade and present) for my daughter's birthday were really thoughtful and lovely, thank you!

It's been a while since our stay, but I'd like to thank you for the fantastic welcome you gave us at the hotel. At check-in, Ms. Wikoria showed great understanding and did everything she could to get us a room early. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. A small refreshment and a bottle of wine were an additional surprise. This was our second stay at this hotel, and we will always recommend it to friends. And staff like Ms. Wikoria are a treasure! See you next year at the same place, around the same time :) regards from Wroclaw🤗
