The staff were so pleasant and accommodating, very professional. Our room was great small but this is London and we worked with that. Our bed was comfy and great shower. The cool hydration water options was a nice touch at the front desk for summer with a piece of fresh fruit to set out exploring. Location spot on, but I have stayed in Paddington before. We took our laundry to Lancaster St laundry 5 mins away. They were so nice and helped put through our laundry while we had coffee and baguette in their little business area and people watched.

This lovely hotel is 2 minutes round the corner from Paddington and in a quiet spot. The service was efficient, friendly and Jeana at reception is amazingly considerate. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Amenities were sustainable, very nice. Thank you ! With the really great location and services, we will certainly be back.
