Felt very safe and comfortable as a female solo traveller. The staff from the very first minute of arrival were very friendly helpful and I felt very welcomed. Although I was put in a basement room they explained it,was only for one night and moved me to another one the next day. The room was lovely and bed very comfortable. It was small but had enough space for one person. It was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. It wasn't far to access public transport just around the corner 5 mins walk away. I've stayed in Paddington several times and the area where the hotel is feels safe. Hyde Park and Kensington gardens is a few minutes away. There are also lots of restaurants in the area so there are always people around This my 2nd visit to this hotel and I most definitely will book again and recommend it to others.

Excellent position. Close to Paddington station and nice restaurants. We felt safe in the area. The breakfast was very good. Hot English breakfast and plenty of other options. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful staff at the front desk. Great shower. We couldn’t complain and will stay there again. Loved it.

Location exceptional. Staff very help. Room whilst a small single was very comfortable and well equipped. Air conditioning very helpful lovely bathroom and toiletries plus big bonus they let me have room early which was a God send after a 2:00am start
