It was our anniversary so the staff went the extra mile and gave us champagne and made us their guest of the day he bed had roses and a cute chocolate box on it It was the best hotel I've stayed in ever and the staff helped us a lot with making it special I would be visiting again for sure.

Everything was great! Nice people that works in the hotel, definitely worth staying. Although, we got a room on the lowest floor that doesnt have window, so if its not for you, be sure to let them know beforehand. We just got lucky that there’s an available room when we ask to change rooms, and the staff did their best to accommodate us! The Paddington Station is also 5 minute walk from the hotel which is very convenient!
