The card will be kept securely on file to cover any potential damages or liabilities related to the hotel room or property. This applies even if no additional charges are made during the stay. A damage deposit of 100GBP is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check out. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Firm comfy bed. Dressing gowns. Room to hang clothes. Coffee machine & kettle in room. Very good breakfast.

Location was ideal for what we wanted to do around London, mainly the museums. Plenty of restaurants and stops for food around as well. Amin on the front desk was fantastic, saw us quickly and promptly and noticed my girlfriend was pregnant so gave us a free upgrade to a king bed which is a super nice gesture.
