The fine print
Please note that the cardholder must be present and part of the travelling party.
The name on the card used to book should match that of the guest's identification.Debit and credit cards will be pre-authorised at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount of GBP 50 per room per night to cover incidentals.
The authorisation will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.
Pre-authorised amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
We embrace a smoke-free policy therefore smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is not permitted inside any of our premises.
Please be aware that a £400 of deep cleaning fee will apply if evidence of smoking is detected upon departure.

I loved my stay at Templeton Gradens. Only slight discomfort that I had was with the room size. It was just too small and conjusted.

The hotel is beautiful- furniture, styling, great bedding and smells wonderful throughout. Location is perfect only a small walk to the station with plenty of shops close by. Their cafe is open early with barista coffee which is a plus for a jet lagged Aussie :)

Location is great. Good quality of toiletries. We asked about different room because first one didn't meet our expectation according to the photos. Personal provided us with another room, which was bigger and more pleasant, but still too dark with minimal daylight.
