Location is excellent, quiet, staff are friendly and appreciated them looking after our luggage until check in and after check out. Complimentary mini bar which is well stocked and Complimentary biscuits. Good amenities in the bathroom.

Absolutely everything, just a beautiful hotel in a perfect location to Hyde park, shops , restaurants. The staff were absolutely lovely they even wished my partner a happy birthday and we found a bottle of Prosecco on the bed it was just a lovely gesture and was well received.
