The fine print
The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorisation. If you have booked a rate that is paid in advance the same card must be presented for the pre-authorisation of up to 500 GBP on arrival as was used for payment.The cardholder must match the name on the booking and the cardholder must be present at check-in and show a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence). If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.Please make sure you include all guests on your booking, and choose an apartment with enough beds for all guests. If you arrive with additional guests, or require an apartment with a sofa bed and have not booked one, extra charges will apply. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged a penalty.Please be aware that Marlin operates a strict no-party, no gathering policy. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. Loved the location,staff were very helpful and friendly and the apartment was specious and clean.Everything you need is in the aparment. We had one big bed and one big sofabed for a family of four. We stayed for four nights. Safe and good neighbourhood for families. Short walks to train stations.

The location was EXCELLENT. Across the road from our offices and within walking distance of all three investment conferences. The staff were all (without exception) friendly and couldn't do enough to assist with any questions. It was during a heat wave so they also provided fans to keep us cool.

Great apartment - roomy and we’ll decorated. Close to transport.. Easy walk with bags from mansion house station or cannon street station. Grocery store a few minutes walk. Pubs and restaurants across the road and surrounding streets. Thames river a few minutes walk. Big Bus stop about 5-10 min walk outside St Paul’s cathedral.

Location close to tube stations and restaurants as well as St. Paul’s and millennium bridge. Fully equipped kitchen. Slept 4 with a decent main bedroom having closet and a sofa bed in sitting room.
