The fine print
The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorisation. If you have booked a rate that is paid in advance the same card must be presented for the pre-authorisation on arrival as was used for payment.The cardholder must match the name on the booking and the cardholder must be present at check-in and show a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence).
