Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apartment was spacious and well equipped and in a pretty good location especially for public transport links and for visiting the Tower Hill area. Ample amount of towels though a supply of flannels would have been appreciated Shower gel and shampoo was a good touch. Beds and bedding of a good quality and comfortable. Tea and coffee 'makings' were appreciated as was the fact that when we ran low we were given more. We very much liked this apartment, would highly recommend it and would certainly return there if staying in east London as gain.

great location for Whitechapel, lovely independent food places, close to tube station too. the apartment was very clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen.
