The property will contact the guest following their reservation.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish.When rooms booked for 2 adults and 1 child, breakfast and dinner are not included in the advertised rates for children and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0–4 years old: complimentary breakfast 5–11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price 12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids dinner menu is also available.Please note that extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for a maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. some of the receptionist were fantastic, very friendly and reasonably efficient. Bathroom was big and towels were soft. Upon asking for top floor room, we were given 5th room floor which is as near one can get to top (6th) floor on standard price I assume. Location is great.

We love visiting Mal for boutique vibe at a great price (who wants to stay in a Premier Inn at the same cost!) Love the Charterhouse location vibe, always a good stay :)
