A beautiful place with luxurious furniture and exceptionally friendly staff. One of the most delightful and comfortable places to stay. Everything from the ambiance to the service made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for elegance, comfort, and warm hospitality.

Basement apartment in an excellent location especially for those who like to explore on foot. Comfortable walking distance to Oxford Street / Theatres / Regents Park and other tourist attractions. Our host Melanie was really helpful and responsive . She sent us very comprehensive local information including restaurant recommendations. The apartment was very comfortable and the attention to detail was evident . We felt the information framed on the walls regarding WiFi codes / QR codes for local amenities and attractions was a great idea . Small touches like including a coffee machine , hot and cold filtered water , plenty of coat hangers and umbrellas all helped to enhance our stay.The keyless check in and door lock was efficient and worked well for a party of 5 adults without the need for several keys . We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to London

I like the fact that this apartment is well kept and 98% true as per the pictures advertised. Everything is in pristine condition. I travel with my family and 2 elderlies. And my parents love the apartment. The location is good. 7 mins walk to the nearest tube station.

Easy check in and very accommodating hosts - they check to make sure all is well with your stay. The apartment is comfortable for the family, clean and neat, coffees/teas provided and complete crockery should you wish to cook at home. It was winter and the heating/hot water working really well. And they have washing machine! Location was also amazing, easy walking distance to major places or to underground/bus stations.
