The fine print
The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or late cancellation. The card will be pre-authorized 3 days prior to arrival. The property strongly advises all guests to have enough funds to cover. The guest checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the guest on the reservation.The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all non-refundable reservations. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance.The total cost of the stay has to be done in full on/before arrival. Non-refundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have the reservation confirmed). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises, and there is a GBP 100 penalty for violating this policy. A covered designated smoking area is available inside the building. No visitors are allowed between 22:00 and 08:00.There is a GBP 50.00 penalty per visitor if this policy is violated. No loud noise is permitted after 22:00. There is a GBP 100 penalty if this policy is violated. Guests will have to pay for any damages to the room (including linen). This will be charged to the card used when the reservation was made, or deducted from the deposit upon checkout. Check-in standard time: from 15:00 up to 22:00 Check-out standard time: up to 11:00 Guests checking out after 11:00 will be charged GBP 20 for every extra hour. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and has to be confirmed by the property. Guests checking in after 22:00 must inform the property in advance and extra charges will incur as follows: GBP 15 extra for the 22:00 - 00:00 interval. GBP 30 extra for the 00:00 - 02:00 interval. Please note that no check-in is available after 02:00.When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

convenient location for tube into central London- 15 minute walk to Canada Water Station. Clean room with everything you would need for a short stay. Bed comfy

I loved how close to shops and tube/train station the apartments were.The receptionist Yulia was lovely checking us in and showing us how to use our key cards and where to go.Nick was really pleasant to talk to via WhatsApp both before and during the stay when a slight situation arose in the hallway with a fire alarm.The apartment itself was a lovely space with all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable.The beds were comfy and everything was clean.Added bonus we had our own little outside space.

Did the business for me. Studio room was as advertised, clean and provided with everything I needed (in good working order). Location was a bit of a compromise but a compromise of my informed choosing. Did not had any interaction with the staff. Check-in (a bit) after 6 pm was made very easy through excellent communication and clear instructions. Can see myself returning to this property in the future. Thanks for having me.
