The staff were amazing and so helpful. Couldn’t fault them. The location is excellent. The room is small but good enough for a nights stay for a couple.

Didn't eat at the hotel but were informed at check-in that if we registered as members then we could use member benefits, early check-in and cheese and wine etc. appears that we didnt qualify as we were not members when the room was booked so no cheese and wine. A little bit naughty!!

Very friendly welcome. Compact room (but as expected, and was fine for me). Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed, nice towels. Well double glazed (so didn't hear noise from The Strand). Super location. Felt like good value compared to other central London locations.

The room had everything we needed. The complementary products were a bonus. In addition, I asked for the staff to leave a note wishing my partner a happy birthday, they went above and beyond with this. We are very grateful for their thoughtfulness. We didn’t have any issues with our stay, but if we had I feel like they would have been willing to fix it.
