The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, explaining the hotel to us. One of the receptionists walked us to the lift and explained everything we needed to know about the amenities. Also, a special mention needs to be made about how comfy the bed and pillows were - best night sleep in a long time.

Great location, friendly helpful staff. The bed was super comfortable & a nice touch having small kitchen. Very clean. Excellent shower with lovely Molton Brown toiletries.
