Location perfect for our visit. Hotel clean, room fabulous ,bed comfy, shower large, bathroom cosy. Manager and staff very friendly and attentive, nothing too much trouble for them. Welcome drink on arrival, snacks in room replenished every day, food in bar restaurant brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend The Hayden, we will return.

Small boutique hotel. Lovely well appointed room. Despite being located above a busy pub, the room was extremely quiet. Great location close to Kensington Park and Paddington Station, making it easy to get to Heathrow on the Heathrow Express.
