Staff very helpful and friendly, particularly Hamzah. We stayed with 2 children of varying ages, family room was excellent for the 4 of us. Location was perfect, very clean and quiet.

Hamza was a standup receptionist. He constantly ensures each stay of mine is taken care of. Smooth check in process and they even sometimes give me a couple hours extra after checkout time. One of my favourite apartments thanks to the service.

The hotel is great. It is in a lovely location, close to the Thames Path, Tate Modern, Shakespeare’s Globe, Borough Market. Easy access to other areas by Tube and train. Quiet setting in an atmospheric cobbled street. It’s also a really nicely converted and renovated building. Stylish interiors, comfortable rooms, good facilities in the rooms (fridge, washing machine, hot plate etc). The beds are amazing - best mattress ever. Staff are great: friendly, helpful and thoughtful, especially Hamzah.

Very well equipped and luxurious 1 bedroom apartment. Very big rooms with loads of space. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet side street location, but very close to south bank attractions.
