The property is well located, in a very nice area. You can find yourself at the Natural History Museum by 10 minutes walk ! The property is very clean and looks new, the mattress is very confortable and the room is well thought so you can save a lot of space. The housekeeper Diego was amazing ! Very helpful for some utilities and with my huge luggage !! The desk attendant, Michael was amazing and very accommodating. Thank you very much for your kindness 🤗 A huge thank you to Jorge and Carolina who helped us with the cards and offered us a little snack, very nice people with great recommendations and tips !! I tried a few and they were amazing 🤩 To be honest, it’s one of the second best hotel i’ve done in London, I truly recommend it !

We had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. When we arrived there we were greeted by Andrés who was very kind and helpful regarding any question that we had. We were also upgraded to a better room on the upper floors, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. The neighbourhood was safe even later in the night. Overall we had a great experience at the hotel.
