The room was great, bed was comfy, the staff were friendly. This room was perfect for our stay, small of course but clean and everything we could want. We had the top floor but this suited us as we don’t mind climbing stairs and had little luggage for our 1 night stay. Would stay here again

Location is perfect in a calm and safe residential area, close to 2 big underground stations and within walking distance to many restaurants.

Aircon. An absolute necessity, during the heat wave we had while in London. It's always on and you have no control over it, but that was fine. Very comfortable bed with good linen and large bath towels. Location is good - Gloucester Rd & High St Kensington tube not too away. Big Sainsbury's round the corner for your morning coffee and pastries. And it's a charming area. The contrast between your fibreglass cubicle and the millions-pound mews is amusing... Think cross-channel ferry cabin utility, and that sums it up. We just kept in mind what little we paid for staying in a prime London location in summer.
